Update from Mount Arlington Police:
I would like to thank everyone for their support during this time. I know there is a need to update you all on Sgt. DiStasio's medical status but there is only so much that can be released. All I can say at this time is that MAPD officers and his mother are by his side and that every step along the way to this point has been positive. I will provide what I can as it develops.
The family and officers thank you for all of the food contributions. However, at this time it is starting to become very plentiful and we do not want to waste any of your kindness. We ask you to please turn your support to our family fundraising efforts.
Official t-shirt and fundraising efforts can be found on the Mt. Arlington FOP facebook page which is located at this link: https://www.facebook.com/
Thank you all again for your amazing support, it means the world to us and his family.
