ROXBURY, NJ (April 16, 2019) – As Earth Day approaches, Roxbury Township Public Schools Transportation Department is helping to beautify Roxbury by adopting a spot on South Hillside Avenue by the stone wall.

Roxbury Bus Drivers Julie Meola, Jayne Elliott, Wendy Oakes, Kim Jacobsen, Sandy Monroe, and Brenda Delpreore all volunteered in the clean-up on Tuesday, April 16th at this location with the help and assistance from Kellie Ann Keyes from Roxbury Clean Communities.

Individuals and groups can adopt-a-spot too with Roxbury Clean Communities. This comprehensive litter abatement program is set up for individuals, school groups, churches, or businesses willing to donate some time to continue to keep Roxbury Township trash and litter free.
