ROXBURY, NJ (April 1, 2021) – Students from Roxbury High School and Eisenhower Middle School placed in Wallkill Valley’s 10th Annual Art Invitational which was held virtually on March 26th. Artists from 14 area high schools and five middle schools submitted works of art for this invitational.

ROXBURY, NJ (March 19, 2021) – Burlington Stores, the national off-price retailer, through its partnership with the national non-profit organization, AdoptAClassroom.org, has generously donated $5,000 towards school supplies to Roxbury Township’s Lincoln/Roosevelt School in celebration of its new store now open at The Shops at Ledgewood Commons in Roxbury Township.

Roxbury High School is proud to present its 2021 Spring Musical production of Godspell, conceived by John-Michael Tebelak with music by Stephen Schwartz. This immensely successful rock opera was first produced on Broadway in 1971, where it broke new ground in its stage treatment of the historical Jesus Christ.

The following message posted by Loretta L. Radulic, Superintendent of Schools, indicates the Roxbury will be attempting to open on January 18, 2021. This is occuring after other schools opened to only close again within days due to COVID cases.

Roxbury, NJ (January 15, 2021) – Roxbury Township Public Schools, a K-12 school district preparing the children of today for tomorrow, has set its Kindergarten registration dates for the 2021/2022 school year. ROXBURY, NJ (January 14, 2021) – Roxbury High School’s yearbook design team takes top honors once again. Its 2020 Yearbook publication, “Home Grown” was awarded first place gold award in the Garden State Scholastic Press Association’s annual yearbook contest.

ROXBURY, NJ (January 8, 2021) – Leading up to the holidays, the first graders at Jefferson Elementary School in Barbara Derrick’s class put out a call for hats, gloves, scarves, and socks for Roxbury Social Services. Their “First Grade Giving Tree” community service project a success according to Derrick.

ROXBURY, NJ (December 21, 2020) – 552 students from 50 states and territories were selected to perform in the National Online Concert during Music In Our Schools Month. During the 2019-20 school year, along with other accomplished music students across the United States and overseas in military base schools, Zachary Solano from Roxbury High School practiced with the dedication to gain a chair or part in his local, district, and state music honor ensembles.

They’ve been unused, overgrown, and crumbling eyesores for years, but soon the former tennis courts between Lincoln-Roosevelt School and Franklin School in Succasunna will be removed and replaced with pavilions for outdoor classrooms and other uses.
