Jefferson Gazebo Concerts: Back for 2022 – Nine Free Community Concerts

The Jefferson Arts Committee’s free summer gazebo concerts are back for 2022. They will take place throughout the summer on Friday evenings at the beautiful Victorian gazebo in the municipal complex (1033 Weldon Road, Oak Ridge). All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and go for two hours, usually with a short intermission.

JTCB gazeboFriday, June 17,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

THE JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY CONCERT BAND composed of talented local musicians under the direction of Peter Tummillo, Jr. will present a repertoire of popular favorites including the classics, Broadway musicals, standard marches, and patriotic salutes. Also performing will be the energizing JAZZ BAND ensemble also directed by Pete Tummillo.


The Kootz CoverFriday, July 1,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

THE KOOTZ are a group of Jersey guys and their musical friends who just can’t seem to retire their guitars and are known as Rock ‘n Roll with Fiber. They offer a musical menu of classic 60’s thru 90’s pop, rode, r&b and blues music with a very interactive lineup engaging their audience so they are part of the show.


TEQUILA ROSEFriday, July 8,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

TEQUILA ROSE is one of NJ’s hottest “New Country” bands and mix the best of today’s country music with classic country hits of the past and sprinkle in a little rock and roll as well as southern rock. Known for their 3-part harmonies, they play at Big John’s Pub, The Landslide Saloon, and many other venues.


The PSYCHEDELICATS BandFriday, July 15,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

THE PSYCHEDELICATS will have you celebrating the 1960's playing a mixture of British Invasion, American garage rock, psychedelic rock hits, and one-hit wonders. Band members dress in 60’s vintage flair and produce the vintage sounds of The Who, The Doors, Santana, Jim Hendrix, The Beatles, and more.

RAVE ON plays the music of Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and other legends of classic early rock ‘n roll including The Beatles, Bob Dylan, and countless others. Enjoy memorable songs like ‘Pretty Woman”, “Only the Lonely,” “That’ll be the Day” and more. Rave On is living proof that this music is timeless and continues to appeal to all ages. Rave On’s show is always a crowd pleaser.

THE JERSEY GIRLS create a distinctive blend of harmonies delivering the memorable sounds of the 50’s thru the 70's and more along with their band members. The trio displays showmanship and style with a special feminine touch reminiscent of the great girl groups of the past, a truly entertaining musical experience that all ages can enjoy.


SCOOT ON DOWNFriday, August 5,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

SCOOT ON DOWN plays music not normally heard live anymore. From Chicago and James Brown to Hughes Corporation and the Jackson Five. From the Eurythmics to Kid Rock to Johnny Cash, and Midnight Oil to Reel Big Fish and Bon Jovi as well as some standards with a Scoot twist. Nothing is off-limits because "Everything's Better with Horns.

JERSEY SOUND a premier oldies band performing regularly at Pavinci’s Italian Grill in Hopatcong. Known for its versatility, its talented members give people a combination of music genres creating delectable sounds the ear can only imagine. They offer an eclectic blend of classic Oldies, Motown, R&B and Pop with the very best vocalists and a killer rhythm section holding it all together.


CountryComfortFriday, August 19,2022 (Starts 6:30 PM)

COUNTRY COMFORT one of North Jersey's top contemporary country cover bands perform the latest hits from today's top male and female country sensations like Miranda Lambert, Shelton Blake, Jason Aldean, Chris Young, Lady Antebellum, and the Band Perry to name a few as well as a few old classics now and then.

Attendees are asked to bring a blanket or chair for their comfort. Non-alcoholic beverages, picnic dinners, and snacks are permitted on the grounds. All trash must be taken home upon departure. Social distancing is encouraged.
