Boaters and landlubbers alike are invited to Bridge Marina’s Spring Boat Show on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 11am to 4pm.  The boat show will feature 2017 pontoon boats, bowriders and sport boats from Four Winns and Starcraft, in the water and ready for fun this summer!  Event highlights include free demos, boat rides, giveaways and more, just in time for the 2017 boating season on Lake Hopatcong.

Roxbury Hosts the ‘Festival of the Arts’

The Performing Arts department will feature Dance and Broadway Theatre and a concert by the Eisenhower Middle School students, refreshments will be made and served by the Family and Consumer Science classes, and the Industrial Arts department will display woodworking, computer arts and drafting, CAD and 3-D design. Admission is free to all.

Hudson Farm Charity Hike - Spring 2017

The Hudson Farm Club now operates as a private year round outdoor experience for its members as one of the most attractive shooting layouts in the country. The Hudson Farm Club welcomes the public to their farm twice a year for the charity hikes. The first one is in the spring, which benefits non-profit organizations in Hopatcong and the second hike in the fall benefits Byram Township organizations.

The Hudson Farm Charity Hike for Hopatcong will take place on Saturday May 20, 2017. This event is rain or shine. This will be the 11th annual hike benefiting Hopatcong organizations. Last year's event drew more than 1500 people who hiked the trail and generated more than $54,000 to the organizations.

The lake will be freshly stocked the night before! Bring your own bait and pole. The Jefferson Township Museum – Holds Open House

The Jefferson Township Museum, also known as the George Chamberlain House, will have an open house on Sunday, June 4, 2017, from 1 to 4 pm.  Admission is free.  Costumed docents will be available to talk about this Victorian home.  The theme of this month’s exhibit is “Pteridomania:  The Victorian Fern Craze.”

Interact Club Color Run 2017 - Benefits Kindness for Christopher

Registration starts at 9, and the event starts at 10.This year, our cause is Kindness for Christopher. Christopher D'Amico is a 10-year-old boy who passed away at Lake Hopatcong after a pontoon boating accident. Christopher was always smiling, and spread kindness wherever he went. Because of this, the D'Amico family decided not to let his legacy of joy fade.

Roxbury: 10th Annual Benefit Beach Blast

Come join the Roxbury Arts Alliance, Roxbury Recreation and and Roxbury PD in celebrating our 10th annual fundraising event.

Music, HSL beach, free kids activities​, dunk tank and food for purchase,  ending the night with spectacular fireworks. This is the only event that funds our scholarships to Roxbury graduates. Over $25,000 in scholarships given these past 19 years.  Donations accepted that night or online.  Details at www.RoxburyArtsAlliance.org.  Rain date is June 17th.

Kelly Miller Circus -

Thursday, June 22, 2017 - shows at 4:30pm & 7:30pm

See a real circus under a big top! Traditional one-ring circus owned and produced by John Ringling North II, great nephew of the famous Ringling brothers. Two-hour performance includes aerial acrobatics, juggling, fire breathing, comedic clowns, elephants, camels, and a variety of other animals. Circus midway offers elephant, camel, and pony rides and opens one hour before show time. On circus morning, everyone is invited to watch the animals being unloaded and fed and at 9am witness the raising of the giant big top.
